§ 154.002 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE SUBDIVISIONS.
   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by G.S. Ch. 160D Article 8, and hereby ordains and enacts into law these subchapters and sections for the purpose of providing for orderly growth and development of the town.
