§ 151.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   (A)   The Legislature of the state has in G.S. Ch. 143, Art. 21, Part 6; G.S. Ch. 153A, Art. 6; G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 8; and G.S. Ch. 160D, Arts. 7, 9 and 11 (effective July 1, 2021), delegated to local governmental units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare.
   (B)   Therefore, the Board of Commissioners of the town does ordain as follows.
