§ 150.038 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   (A)   The Inspection Department and each Inspector shall keep complete, permanent and accurate records in convenient form of all applications received, permits issued, inspections and reinspections made, and all other work and activities of the Inspection Department.
   (B)   Periodic reports shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners and to other agencies, as required.
