§ 93.05 DESTRUCTION OR INJURY TO CEMETERY PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful to damage, destroy or injure any property in or belonging to the cemetery or to remove or damage any tree, shrubbery or flower. A violation of the foregoing provision shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
