§ 93.02 DIGGING OF GRAVES, BURIAL OF DECEASED.
   (A)   No person shall dig any grave in the cemetery without permission.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to bury any dead body without first securing a certificate from the county’s Health Officer or a licensed physician. This certificate shall give the name and residence of deceased, the name of the nearest relative and the time, place and cause of death.
   (C)   A violation of the foregoing provisions shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
