§ 93.01 USE OF PLOTS FOR OTHER THAN BURIAL.
   All plots sold shall be sold with the understanding that such plots are to be used for burial or memorial purposes and nothing else. Using these plots for any other purpose whatsoever is forbidden. A violation of the foregoing provisions shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
