§ 91.17 KEEPING CERTAIN LIVESTOCK FOR BREEDING PURPOSES.
   It shall be unlawful to exhibit any studhorse, jackass, bull or other stock animal on any of the roads or streets of the town or to stand such an animal for breeding purposes within the town, except at such places as shall be designated and approved by the Mayor.
