§ 91.16 LIVESTOCK, FOWL RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   Any person who shall intentionally or negligently and carelessly permit any hog, cow, sheep, goat, horse, mule or live animal to run at large within the corporate limits of the town, or who shall hitch any animal in such a manner as to permit it to go or graze upon any street, sidewalk or public alley, shall be subject to § 91.99 of this chapter.
   (B)   All persons having or keeping turkeys, geese, chickens, ducks or other domestic fowl shall keep such fowl securely enclosed upon their own premises.
