§ 71.02 DRIVING THROUGH FUNERAL PROCESSION.
   No vehicle shall be driven through a funeral procession, except authorized emergency vehicles when responding to calls. A violation of the foregoing provision shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
