§ 70.45 OBEDIENCE REQUIRED.
   The driver of any vehicle and any pedestrian shall obey the instructions of any applicable official traffic-control device placed in accordance with the provisions of state law, this title and other ordinances of the town, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, subject to the exceptions granted by this title to the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle.
