§ 70.15 AUTHORITY OF POLICE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC.
   In the event of a fire or other emergency or when necessary to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians, police officers may direct traffic as conditions require, notwithstanding the provisions of this title.
