§ 51.070 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to connect or discharge to the POTW without first obtaining the permission of the town. When requested by the Superintendent, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within 90 days of the request. The Superintendent is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose and may periodically require users to update this information.
