§ 51.051 BILLING.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners shall bill the sewer availability fee on an annual basis in accordance with the adopted rate schedule.
   (B)   All residential dwellings, commercial users, industrial users and all other users shall pay a monthly consumption fee based on the records of meter reading maintained by the Broad River Water Authority as adopted annually by the Board of Commissioners.
