(A) All domestic sewage users of the sewer system shall pay to the town a sum determined by the Board of Commissioners for each dwelling, apartment unit, or multiple unit cluster connected to the sanitary sewer system of the town. Payment shall be made yearly.
(B) Industrial waste users of the sanitary sewer system shall pay to the town a sum determined by the Board of Commissioners for each 1,000 gallons of water used. The Broad River Water Authority shall bill on a monthly basis with a fee schedule set by the Board of Commissioners.
