Residential tap connection fees shall be as the Board of Commissioners may determine from time to time due and payable upon application for permit to accomplish the connection. All other non-residential or subdistricts shall be the total cost from the sewer main to the property line of the person making application. This should be by way of the shortest and most practical route. This fee shall be payable upon application.
