§ 51.030 WHEN SEPTIC TANKS PERMITTED.

   The use of septic tanks for domestic sewage treatment may be permitted as follows:

   (A)   Where no public sewers are available within 200 feet of any property line; or

   (B)   Due to topographic reasons as determined by the Public Works Department; provided, the septic tank is properly maintained and operated and all legal permits are obtained.
