§ 131.36 THROWING OF GARBAGE OR OTHER SUBSTANCES IN THE MIAMI AND ERIE CANAL, OR BURNING OF TRASH ON THE BANKS OF THE CANALS.
   (A)   It will be unlawful for any person to throw garbage or other substances in the Miami and Erie Canal or upon the banks thereof within the limits of the village, or burn trash or other substances on the banks of the Miami and Erie Canal within the limits of the village.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section, on conviction thereof, before the Mayor, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $20 with costs of suit.
