(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The penalty for failure to comply with this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor with a fine of not more than $50 for the first offense, and $75 for the second offense, and $100 for each thereafter. Each day of unlicensed soliciting shall be a separate offense.
