§ 32.096 DAYS AND TIMES OF COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   (A)   Village Council meetings shall be held on the first and third Mondays of every month.
   (B)   In the event a regularly scheduled Council meeting falls on a recognized holiday, the Village Council, by majority vote, may change the day or any Council meeting that falls on a holiday.
   (C)   The start time of Village Council meetings shall be 6:00 p.m.
