§ 75.08 USE OF LIMITED ALL-PURPOSE VEHICLES BY HANDICAPPED DRIVERS.
   (A)   The village aim is to provide handicapped individuals greater freedoms in the use of the village streets and alleys.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition applies unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      LIMITED ALL-PURPOSE VEHICLES. Any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for cross-country travel on land of more than one type of terrain, and steered by wheels or handlebars, including vehicles commonly known as all-terrain vehicles, all-season vehicles, mini-bikes, and trail bikes, but excluding any self-propelled vehicle not principally used for purposes of personal transportation, any vehicle principally used in playing golf, or any motor vehicle registered under R.C. Chapter 4503.
   (C)   The handicapped individual shall register said all-purpose vehicle with the Village Police Department prior to use on village streets and alleys. Said registration shall require the handicapped person to show a valid, current motor vehicle driver’s license and the state handicap parking card or medical documentation regarding handicap.
   (D)   The registration shall be effective for two years from date of registration.
