§ 52.14 NEGOTIATION OF SEWER FEES TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
   Notwithstanding §§ 52.04 and 52.06, the Village Administrator, upon majority approval of Council, may waive or reduce any and all charges, tap fees, connection charges, permit fees, and inspection charges for the purpose of promoting, encouraging, and pursuing industrial, commercial, and educational development.
