§ 51.23 NEGOTIATION OF WATER FEES TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
   Notwithstanding §§ 51.06, 51.13, 51.15, and 51.18, the Village Administrator, with the majority approval of Council, may waive or reduce any and all charges, tap fees, connection charges, permit fees, inspection charges, or other charges for the purpose of promoting, encouraging, and pursuing industrial, commercial, and educational development.
