§ 38.24 ZONING/LAND DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   Zoning/building permit:
      (1)   Construction or placement of any structure: $0.15/square foot;
      (2)   Decks and porches (does not include poured concrete slabs): $0.15/square foot;
      (3)   Reconstruction or replacement of any existing structure, which does not result in an increase in overall square footage: no fee;
      (4)   Fence permit: $20;
      (5)   Demolition of any structure: $20;
      (6)   Sign permit: $50;
      (7)   Swimming pools (permanent): $25;
      (8)   Swimming pools (temporary): $10;
      (9)   Concrete/asphalt driveways and concrete slabs: no fee;
      (10)   Minimum zoning permit fee: $20.
   (B)   Conditional use permit: $500;
   (C)   Variance: $500;
   (D)   Zoning ordinance and/or map amendment: $1,000;
   (E)   Petition to vacate any village public right-of-way: $1,000;
   (F)   Appeal to Board of Zoning Appeals: $100;
   (G)   Nonconforming use and/or construction by landowner: fee shall be double of the initial fee paid by landowner for original petition or application;
   (H)   Minor subdivision review (lot split): $75;
   (I)   Land transfer review: $75;
   (J)   Minor subdivision variance application: $250;
   (K)   Major subdivision application (filing fee): $150;
   (L)   Major subdivision overall development plan: $250;
   (M)   Major subdivision construction drawings: $250;
   (N)   Major subdivision final plat: $250; and
   (O)   Major subdivision review: $150 per hour (this shall be charged when review is required by a registered professional engineer or registered professional surveyor).
