§ 38.22 STREETS.
   (A)   Road cut (performed by village forces): $1,000;
   (B)   Road bore (performed by village forces): $1,000; and
   (C)   Bond (for road work by others): $2,000 deposit. Balance shall be returned upon village approval of completed work.
