   (A)   (1)   Copy of 36 inches x 36 inches collection system map: $15; and

      (2)   Laminated collection system map: $25.

   (B)   (1)   Sewer deduct water meter: $185;

      (2)   Water meter washers: $1 each;

      (3)   Remote water meter wire: $0.35/linear foot; and

      (4)   Straight meter couplings: $20 each.

   (C)   (1)   Sanitary sewer tap: as per current ordinance (08-28);

      (2)   Inspection fee: no fee; and

      (3)   Re-inspection fee: $100.

   (D)   (1)   Storm sewer tap: as current ordinance (08-28);

      (2)   Inspection fee: no fee; and

      (3)   Re-inspection fee: $100.

   (E)   Sanitary sewer user fees: as per current ordinance (10-25).
