§ 38.20 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE.
   Property maintenance work performed by village personnel (or authorized agent) after owner’s failure to comply with PMC Administrator’s notice:
   (A)   Minimum labor costs shall be two hours per event;
   (B)   Labor costs shall be $68.25/hour/employee;
   (C)   When work is performed by an authorized agent/contractor hired by the village, the cost shall be the direct cost to the village plus an administrative fee of $100;
   (D)   Equipment costs shall be as follows:
      (1)   Backhoe: $90.20/hour;
      (2)   Big dump truck: $60.15/hour;
      (3)   Little dump truck: $45.10/hour;
      (4)   Service truck: $30.10/hour;
      (5)   Sewer jet/vac: $59.90/hour;
      (6)   Tractor: $30.10/hour;
      (7)   Tractor with mower: $37.60/hour;
      (8)   Toro mower: $37.60/hour;
      (9)   Skid loader: $45.30/hour;
      (10)   ULV machine: $59.90/hour;
      (11)   Air compressor: $30.10/hour; and
      (12)   Small tools (lawn mower, trimmers, chain saw, and all other handheld cordless or gasoline powered tools): $15.75/hour.
   (E)   Material cost shall be the direct cost of materials used plus 25%;
   (F)   Direct costs of injury to employees and/or damage to equipment; and
   (G)   Administrative fee of $100 shall be applied to every invoice, per event.
