§ 38.18 PARKS AND RECREATION.
   (A)   The pool admission prices shall be as follows.
      (1)   Season admission prices.
         (a)   Preseason Until May 31: $40 per person (no limit; no price break); and
         (b)   Full season: $50 per person up to four people; then $40 per person for the fifth person and every individual above and beyond.
         (c)   Season pass prices shall be reduced by one-half on July 15 of each season and remain at the reduced price until the end of each swimming pool season.
      (2)   Daily admission prices.
         (a)   Age zero to two: free;
         (b)   Age three and over: $3; and
         (c)   There shall be no complimentary passes.
   (B)   The pool admission prices for special events shall be as follows.
      (1)   Pool parties:
         (a)   Two-hour private party: $175 (every day 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.);
         (b)   Three-hour private party: $250 (every day 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.);
         (c)   Three-hour semi-private party: $200 (every day 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.); and
         (d)   All pool party prices are based off of a maximum of 75 people; if there are more than 75 people, an additional charge of $3/person over 75, shall be assessed to the person/organization that rented the pool.
      (2)   Private instructional classes: $50 (two-hour session);
      (3)   Shelter house rental (normal business hours only): $25 (does not include cost of admission);
      (4)   Daily admission price on each Tuesday of each swimming pool season shall be $2/person for ages three and over;
      (5)   Daily admission price on each Saturday of each swimming pool season shall be $1/person for ages three and over; and
      (6)   The daily admission for opening day and closing day of each pool season shall be free.
