§ 37.04 BURIAL/CREMATION POLICY FOR INDIGENT RESIDENTS.
   The village shall provide for the burial or cremation of the body of indigent residents of the village up to but not exceeding $1,000 with pre-approval for said burial or cremation of the body by the Village Mayor.
