(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to any other criminal penalties which may apply to conduct prohibited by the bylaws and regulations adopted in § 150.03, any violation of the bylaws and regulations shall be a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the same, any person violating the bylaws and regulations shall be fined a sum of not less than $100.
