(A) Any person under the age of 18 years of age who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be apprehended and charged as being an unruly child and taken before the Juvenile Court of the county, as provided in R.C. Chapter 2151.022.
(B) Any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor that permits said minor to violate the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
