(A) Loud colors, scale, and non-complimentary building materials contrast harshly with adjacent buildings.
(B) Inadequate landscaping and lack of fenestration. Large blank wall does not relate well to the pedestrian.
(C) Stylistic architecture that is out of place with Spencer’s character.
(D) Strip center with loud colors, signage not coordinated, lack of building articulation, off-street parking with no landscaping dominates development.
(E) Metal building materials, signage is internally lit and dominates; inadequate pedestrian space on sidewalk.
(F) Classic strip development. Deep setback from the road, inadequate landscaping, uncoordinated signage, visible infrastructure on roof.
