When “no U-turn” signs are placed at those locations designated as locations for the signs on the official traffic maps, no person shall make a U-turn at the designated locations, provided that U-turns are prohibited at all street intersections where electric traffic-control devices are located, and it shall not be necessary to erect “no U-turn” signs at these intersections.
