§ 71.06 PROTRUDING OUT OF OR HANGING ONTO VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall allow any part of his or her body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which the person is riding except to give signals as are by law required, and no person shall hang onto any vehicle whatsoever.
