§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this code, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle or vehicle, as defined below, which displays a commercial license plate upon that vehicle, or to which the primary purpose or intent of operating the vehicle is to generate revenue to the operator of the vehicle.

   GOLF CART. A vehicle designed and manufactured for operation on a golf course for sporting or recreational purposes and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of 20 mph.
   MOTOR VEHICLE or VEHICLE.  Any machine designed or intended to travel over land by self-propulsion or while attached to any self-propelled vehicle.

   OPERATE. To drive, or be in physical control of a golf cart that is moving or has its key inserted and in the on position.
   OVERSIZED VEHICLE.
      (1)   Any machine designed or intended to travel over land by self-propulsion or while attached to any self-propelled vehicle that:
         (a)   Has more than two axles or four tires; or
         (b)   Is designated to carry more than 15 passengers, including the driver; or
         (c)   Weighs more than 10,000 pounds with or without load; or
         (d)   Requires hazardous materials placards; or
         (e)   Measures more than 100 inches in width; or
         (f)   Measures more than nine feet in height; or
         (g)   Measures more than 22 feet in length.
      (2)   This definition includes, but is not limited to semi-trailers, tow trucks, buses, limousines, tractors, construction equipment, delivery vans, recreational vehicles, or similar vehicles.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Any vehicle or portable structure which can be towed, hauled, or driven and is primarily designed as temporary living accommodations for recreational, camping, and travel use. A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE shall not be considered as a dwelling unit.
