§ 50.04 USE OF TOWN FACILITY BY NONRESIDENTS OR FOR DEPOSIT OF SCRAP METAL, AUTOMOBILE BODIES AND THE LIKE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person residing outside of the town to deposit any garbage, waste materials, refuse matter or deceased animals or fowl in any town-owned or town-controlled facility for the disposal of garbage, waste or other refuse, without permission from the authorized agent for the town, either the Town Manager or the Superintendent of Public Works.

(B) No scrap metal, sheet metal or auto bodies shall be deposited in the disposal facility.
