§ 50.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. The organic waste matter, both animal and vegetable, from houses, kitchens, restaurants, hotels and the like, which is comprised chiefly of waste food, but which also includes tin cans, bottles and dirty rags. GARBAGE does not include liquid that may be drained.
   WASTE MATERIAL. Paper, rags, cartons, boxes, trash, packing material and the like, but not organic waste.
