There is hereby adopted by the town the county ordinance entitled “Ordinance for the Management of Solid Wastes,” and the same is incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein, provided, however, that whenever the ordinance conflicts with other sections of this chapter, the sections of this chapter shall prevail. One or more copies of the ordinance are on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
