§ 50.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

All pertinent provisions of this chapter are hereby made a part of the terms and conditions whereby the town furnishes solid waste disposal collection to any person or whereby the town performs any work of any kind in connection with the furnishing of solid waste collection service
