§ 155.138 ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

The Zoning Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized, and it shall be his or her duty to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter. If a ruling of the Zoning Enforcement Officer is questioned, the aggrieved party or parties may, within 30 days after the filing of the ruling or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, appeal the ruling or decision to the Board of Adjustment.
