(A) The Town Board of Aldermen, as the governing body of the town, acts in its legislative capacity when considering proposed amendments to the text of this chapter or to the zoning maps, and shall observe the procedural requirements set forth in this chapter.
(B) When considering amendments to this chapter or the zoning map, the Town Board shall follow the regular voting procedure and other requirements as set forth in other provisions of this code, the Town Charter or general law.
