§ 155.115 FURTHER APPEALS TO SUPERIOR COURT.
   A decision by the Board of Adjustment on an application for appeal or for a variance may be appealed to the superior court by an aggrieved party. The appeal shall be in the nature of certiorari and must be filed within 30 days of the filing of the decision in the Office of the Town Planner.
