§ 155.110 INTERPRETATIONS.
   (A)   Where there is any uncertainty as to the intent or actual meaning of any provision of this chapter, or as to the intended location of any zoning district boundary shown on the zoning map, the Zoning Enforcement Officer shall make an interpretation of the provision or boundary on request of any person. Any person aggrieved by the interpretation may appeal the interpretation to the Board of Adjustment in accord with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   In making an interpretation of any zoning district boundary, or in deciding any appeal thereof, the Town Planner or Board of Adjustment shall apply the standards outlined § 155.025.
