Notes to Table:
* Front yard setback shall be as shown if measured from the right-of-way, or 15 feet greater if measured from pavement edge or the average of the front yard on either side of the lot. On corner lots add 10 feet. Every principal use, other than a single-family or two-family dwellings, in the NB and HB zoning districts shall observe a maximum front building setback of 50 feet.
** On corner lots add ten feet to the minimum side yard setback from the side street right-of-way line. (See § 155.050)
*** Lots created prior to April 13,1999. Site plans for lots claiming the historic lot exception must be approved by the Technical Review Committee.
