§ 32.22 RECORD OF FIRES.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall keep or shall cause to be kept an accurate record of all fires.
   (B)   For each fire the following information shall be secured and kept:
      (1)   The location of the premises;
      (2)   The owner of the premises;
      (3)   A brief description of the premises, whether of brick, stone, concrete, iron or wood;
      (4)   How the premises is occupied, whether as dwelling, storehouse, factory, workshop or otherwise;
      (5)   The amount and nature of damage to both real and personal property;
      (6)   The amount of insurance;
      (7)   Cause of the fire; and
      (8)   The date.
