§ 155.043 STREET ACCESS.

   (A)   No building shall be erected on a lot which does not have access to a paved street whether public or privately maintained.

   (B)   All private streets shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the specifications set forth by the State Department of Transportation's Minimum Construction Standards for Subdivision Roads, July 1, 1985.
