For the purposes of this chapter, the town and its one-mile extraterritorial jurisdiction are hereby divided into the following use districts:
(A) “R-20” residential district, low density;
(B) “R-15” residential district, low to medium density;
(C) “R-15(SU)” special use residential district, low to medium density;
(D) “R-8” residential district, medium to high density;
(E) “R-8(SU)” special use residential district, medium to high density
(F) “R-6” residential district, high density;
(G) “R-6(SU)” special use residential district, high density;
(H) “RM” manufactured home overlay residential district;
(I) “RMF” multi-family housing overlay residential district;
(J) “RMF(SU)” special use multi-family housing overlay residential district;
(K) “NB” neighborhood business district;
(L) “NB(SU)” special use neighborhood business district;
(M) “CB” central business district;
(N) “CB(SU)” special use central business district;
(O) “HB” highway business district;
(P) “HB(SU)” special use highway business district;
(Q) “I” manufacturing and industrial district;
(R) “I(SU)” special use manufacturing and industrial district;
(S) “FP” floodplain district.
(T) “CC” commercial corridor overlay district;
(U) “CC(SU)” special use commercial corridor overlay district; and
(V) “IB” interstate business district.
