§ 152.68 AMENDMENTS.

The Board of Aldermen may from time to time amend, supplement, or change the provisions and requirements of this code. Any amendment shall be by ordinance of the Board. Initiation of any amendment may be by the Board of Aldermen, Planning Board, Community Appearance Commission, staff, Commercial Maintenance Board of Adjustments and Appeals or by a private citizen.
