The “Remedial Action Plan Manual: a Guide to Managing Rental Properties to Prevent Crime” (“Remedial Action Plan Manual”), a copy of which is located on the town website for use and download at any time and is on file at customer service desk, at town hall for a printing fee of $15, is hereby adopted. The town council hereby finds and determines the remediation strategies set out therein to be reasonable and appropriate to address the public health, safety and welfare issues addressed by this article. The chief of police or his designee is hereby authorized to amend the Remedial Action Plan Manual.
