A residential rental property owner may appeal any decision of the town officials against an individual rental unit under this article to the zoning board of adjustment, (hereinafter referred to as “the Appeal Board”). All notice of appeals must be filed in writing with the Director of the Land Management Department (Staff Liaison to Board of Adjustment) or Town Manager within ten calendar days of the town officials decision or action. The owner shall provide a valid current address for the purpose of all notifications required to be made pursuant to this chapter. The request must state the reason for the appeal.
