§ 93.47 TRANSITION PLAN AND NOTIFICATION OF TENANTS.
Upon revocation of a rental permit, the town officials shall develop a transition plan for the continued operation and management of the residential rental property. The transition plan may include the disengagement of the owner from the operation and maintenance of the residential rental property, a referral to the town attorney for the evaluation of the property as a public nuisance or for any other legal or equitable remedy available under law necessary to fairly assist in bringing the property into compliance with this article. Upon revocation of a rental permit and issuance of a transition plan, the town officials shall take reasonable steps to notify the residents of the unit or property covered by the plan.
